Our most-requested offering is full-service home staging for a vacant home.  Pulling from our vast inventory of modern furnishings, and with backgrounds in Interior Design, Fine Arts, Photo Styling, and Project Management, the Modernous team can deliver a photo-ready space in a half-day for most clients in the greater Seattle area.

For clients who want to live in their home while it is on the market, we offer a Home Staging Styling package, where we work with your existing furniture and decor, combined with some new accessories and soft goods purchased by us within a set budget.  We help de-clutter and create a cohesive and inviting space that appeals to potential buyers.

For clients who wish to further maximize their sale price, we offer a comprehensive design consult and report, providing suggestions for how to best showcase your home.  We evaluate lighting, color scheme, curb appeal, furniture placement and other crucial elements that maximize buyer appeal and help homes sell quickly,  at a higher price.  We then finish off with a Vacant Home Staging.
